WHEREAS, at the City Commission
meeting of Septem
ber 9, 1976 Resolution No. 76-786 was passed which ordered a
sanitary sewer improvement identified as HAMMOCK SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5411 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) in HAMMOCK
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5411 C (CENTERLINE SEWER);
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hear.
ing was held before the City Commission on October 14, 1976 as
to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 76-786,
which resolution ordered HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5411 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) in HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, no objections to the conf ��rhJ4iF ''
sanitary sewer improvement were sustained by the Commission, it
is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 76-786 dated September 9,
1976 which ordered HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5411 C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) in HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5411 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of HAMMOCK
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5411 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) in
CITY COMMISSION

At the City Commission meeting., of September 9, 1976 Resolution
o.• 76-786 was passed which ordered a sanitary sewer Improvement

ine sewer).
' Pursuant to due public notice a public hearing was held before the
City Commission on October 111, 1976 as to any objections to the
confirmation of Resolution No. 76-786, which resolution ordered
tAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER THoRn7E:IENT SR-5411 C (centerline sewer).
No objections to the confirmation of said sanitary sewer improve-
ment were sustained by the Corlmission. It is therefore in order
'or the Commission to confir7 said orderinfr resolution and
authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the
construction of said Improvement.
