RESOLUTION No. 76-850
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
SELECT AND APPOINT THE ASSISTANT CITY CLERK
TO SERVE THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF THE FORMER
ASSISTANT CITY CLERK; AND FIXING THE ANNUAL
SALARY FOR SAID ASSISTANT CITY CLERK AT
$17,480.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0P
MIA1MI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
select and appoint the Assistant City Clerk to serve the
unexpired term of the former Assistant City Clerk.
Section 2. The annual salary of the Assistant City
Clerk is hereby fixed at $17,480.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September
1976.
