RESOLUTION NO. 76-841
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL WAIVER
OF THE RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE OF BAYFRONT
PARK AUDITORIUM ON NOVEMBER 13, 1976 FOR
A BIRTHDAY BALL AND ON DECEMBER 19, 1976
FOR THE TOYS FOR TOTS CHRISTMAS PARTY,
SPONSORED BY THE U.S. MARINE CORPS., SUBJECT
TO PAYMENT FOR EVENT PERSONNEL, INSURANCE,
AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The waiver of the rental fee for the use
of'Bayfront Park Auditorium on November 13, 1976 for a Birthday
Ball and on December 19, 1976 for the TOYS FOR TOTS CHRISTMAS
PARTY, sponsored by the U.S. Marine Corps., is hereby approved,
subject to payment for event personnel, insurance, and other
direct costs borne by the City.
Section 2. The City reserves the right to cancel the
above waiver or change the date herein authorized provided that
the exercise of such right occurs on or before October 30, 1976
and on or before December 5, 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September
1976.
