RESOLUTION NO.
76-840
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
PERMIT TO AIRPARK PLAZA FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES
AT 5703 N.W. 7 STREET IN CONNECTION WITH ITS
CARNIVAL ON NOVEMBER 2 THRU 7, 1976, SUBJECT TO
CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
tig IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be issued
to AIRPARK PLAZA for amusement rides at 5703 N.W. 7 Street, in
connection with its Carnival, on November 2 thru 7, 1976, subject
to certain terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding 15 days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once every 90 days.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates
of use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on
ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and
female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be con-
tacted and the number of off -duty policemen that
the Department determines to be necessary to direct
traffic and provide for security will be employed
by the permit holder.
8. Operations must conform to noise level require-
ments as set forth by the Director of the Building
Department.

Provisions
An application by Airpark Plaza for a carnival to be held
at 5703 N. W. 7 Street on November 2-7, 1976 has been
received by this department. it complies with all
provisions of Ordinance 47267.
It is recommended the attached provisions be inserted in
the authorizing resolution.
