A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AND REPLACING
CERTAIN CERTIFICATES OF CONVENIENCE AND
NECESSITY ISSUED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
CHAPTER 56 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Section 56-25 of the Code requires the assent
and approval of the City Commission for the transfer of a Certi-
ficate of Convenience and Necessity issued under the provisions of
Chapter 56 of the Code, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department recommends transfers of
Certificates of Convenience and Necessity as contained in Section 1
of this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
