1 would appreciate your giving ms a half hour ot your time it would probably come to less than that -- in order that t may
snake a presentation to you of a conception for a ftirthor marked
development of the City of Miami, and t underline the word city.
What I have in 'mind aught ordinarily be presented to one er more
ot the following: the two main ohombers of commerce, the Tourist
Development Authority, the main realty groups, the principal
banker8. My choice of the Mayor himself -- moaning, in this
case, Mr. Ferro as against any other person who might be bolding
the office -- has to do with the singular nature of my oonooptio
and your own special which is to say distinctive persoaali
and multi -faceted background and experience..
I have a critique to offer and a way out .- of what I °onside
to be Miami's largely standstill and increasingly troubled place
and pace as a city, playground, and business and industrial cent
And 1 have a conception for a dynamic changeover --for again
making Miami, already a household word, both an American and a
world center of resort, business and industrial activity. •
So that you may know something of yho I am, I enclose a resume
