RESOLUTION NO. 76-789 _
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL WAIVER
OF THE RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE OF BAYFRONT
PARK AUDITORIUM ON MAY 19, 1977, FOR THE
SENIOR CITIZENS SHOWCASE, SPONSORED BY THE
AREA AGENCY ON AGING, SUBJECT TO PAYMENT
FOR EVENT PERSONNEL, INSURANCE, AND OTHER
DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The waiver of the rental fee for the
use of Bayfront Park Auditorium on May 19, 1977, for the
Senior Citizens Showcase, sponsored by the Area Agency on
Aging, is hereby approved, subject to payment for event
personnel, insurance, and other direct costs borne by the City.
Section 2. The above waiver of the use fee is
granted conditioned upon a possible change by the City in the
date of such use fee waiver, subject to notice of such possible
date change being given the user herein not less than 14 days
before the scheduled use.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of SEPTEMBER

front Park Auditorium for the date of May 19, 1977, to be dis-
cussed at the next City Commission meeting, September 9. Once
a time has been designated fc,r Mr. Guilford to appear, please
notify him at 854-8311.
Please have this matter investigated and advise this office of the result.

As you know, for two successive years the Area Agency on
Aging, has during the irontl? of ;`ay, sponsored a Senior
Citizens Showcase. The City of Miami has kindly waived
the rental fee on Eayfront Pari; Auditorium for this event.
