RESOLUTION No. 76-787
A RESOLUTION ORDERING HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR--5411--S (SIDELINE SEWER) , AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST THEREOF AS 1IAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-5411-S (SIDELINE SEWER) .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A sanitary sewer improvement identified as
HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5411-S (SIDELINE SEWER)
shall be made under_ the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of
the City of Miami., as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to be located
generally withir, the area bounded by S.W. 5 Avenue on the North;
S.W. 12 Avenue on the West.; F.E.C.R.R, right-of-way on the South;
and S.W. 25 Road on the East, with said IMPROVEMENT to consist of
laying 8-inch or larger vitrified clay and/or polyvinyl chloride
and/or iron pipe sanitary sewer at or near the sideline of certain
streets in the aforesaid area and; further, to consist of laying
6-inch iron and/or polyvinyl. chloride and/or vitrified clay pipe
laterals, as required, to lots and parcels of land which abut
upon the following streets, including the lots and parcels of
land described in Section 2 hereof, together with necessary
manholes, other appurtenances, pump stations, connections to
existing sewers, relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb

SEWER) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land

whidh abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the
following described lots and parcels of land (which such lots
and parcels of land are hereby designated HAMMOCK SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5411-S (SIDELINE SEWERHand to
the property line of each to which a sewer lateral or laterals
is laid; under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of
City of Miami, as amended; such assessment consisting of the
average cost of that lateral or laterals:

Section 3. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5411-S (SIDELINE SEWER) and the above -described properties,
including all the lots and parcels of land abutting the streets
specifically described in Section 1 hereof against which assess-
ments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder,
shall be designated as HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5411-S (SIDELINE SEWER).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of SEPTEMBER , 1976.

This improvement will provide sanitary sewers for approxi-
mately 12.0 acres presently served by septic tanks.
The
area is densely populated with portions of the area
developed multi. -dwelling residential and commercial. The
general boundaries of the improvements are S.W. 12 Avenue
to S.W, 25 Read fromr ; Avo,,ue to the F, E. C. Railway.
