RESOLUTION NO. 76-785
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE
ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION OF N.W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4361 IN N.W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DIS-
TRICT H-4361.

WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that G.T.F. Corpor-
ation has satisfactorily completed the construction of highway
improvements designated as N.W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4361, in N.W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4361;
and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said IMPROVEMENT as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the
City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City
Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be determined
by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hearing to
hear any objections by persons interested in or affected by
N.W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4361 in N.W. 29 STREET
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4361.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of SEPTEMBER
1976.

All interested persons wii.1 take notice that at a meeting of the City
Commission of Miami, Florida, to be held a.t. 9:00 o'clock A.M. on Thursday,
October 14. 1976, in the City Commission Meeting Room at City Hall, Dinner Key,
Miami,Florida, their objections will be heard to the acceptance of completed work
in N.W. 29th Street Highway Improvement District H-4361, consisting of improvements
on N.W. 29th Street between N.W, 7th Avenue and N.W. 17 Avenue.
