A RESOLUTION) ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY
bEED OF DEDICATION CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF MIAMI
THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 2, IN BLOCK 3, OF ANDRE'S
RESUBDIVISION OP A PART OF PEARSON'S SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA (6-143); AND DIR-
ECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI r.N7
TO RECORD SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF D14t'J nd iN i ' %

WHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning Board granted tLf7jLo the
owners a variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article VI,
Sections 2 and 3, subject to necessary dedications of right-
of-way, to permit construction of a duplex residence at 810
S.W. 9 Street; and
WHEREAS, in compliance thereto, the owners, Ernesto T.
Gonzalez and Edith T. Gonzalez, his wife, executed and deliver-
ed a Highway Right -of -Way Deed of Dedication conveying to the
City of Miami the required right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept the aforesaid deed and to have it recorded in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
"DOCUMENT. INDEX

Section 1. The June 25, 1976 Right -of -Way Deed of
Dedication executed by Ernesto T. Gonzalez and Edith T.
Gonzalez, his wife, conveying for highway purposes to the
City of Miami the east 20 feet of Lot 2, in Block 3, of
ANDRE'S RE -SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF PEARSON'S SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA (6-143) be, and the same is
hereby, accepted.
Section 2. The proper official of the City of Miami be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to record the
aforesaid deed in the PUblic Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9TH day of SFPTEMBER , 1976.

delivered a Highway Right -of -Way Deed of Dedication conveying to the
City of Miami the dirt. 20 feet of Lot 2, in Block 3, of ANDRE'S RE -
SUBDIVISION OF A PART OFPF.ARSON' S SUBDIVISION J N TIIL CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA (6•14 3) .
This dedication was granted because: it was made as a condition to the
owner being granted a variance from the City of Miami. Zoning Board to
permit construction of a duplex residence at the subject site.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THAT THE CITY COMMISSION
ACCEPT THE AFORESAID DEED AND TO HAVE I.T RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
