A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED CON-
STRUCTION OF ALMAR CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF N.E. 59 STREET HIGH-
WAY IMPROVEMENT H-4392 (BID "B" DRAINAGE) IN
N.E. 59 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4392 (BID "B" DRAINAGE) AT A TOTAL COST OF

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 19,
1976 between the City of Miami and Almar Construction Corpor-
ation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Almar Construction Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid con-
tract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and
final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO MIfil OF

Section 1. The completed work �performed fey Almar
Construction Corporation under contract dated January 19, 1976
for the construction of N.E. 59 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4392 (BID "B" DRAINAGE) in N.E. 59 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4392 (BID "B" DRAINAGE) is accepted at a total cost
of $24,010.51.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Almar Construction

Corporation a balance of $3,274.33 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connec-
tion with the contract for N.E. 59 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4392 (BID "B" DRAINAGE) in N.E. 59 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4392 (BID "B" DRAINAGE).
