A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED CON-
STRUCTION OF TROPICAL LANDSCAPE CO. FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF N.E. 4TH COURT HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4360 (BID "C" LANDSCAPE PORTION)
IN N.E. 4TH COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4360 (BID "C" LANDSCAPE PORTION) AT A TOTAL

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 21,
1975 between the City of Miami and Tropical Landscape Co; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Tropical Landscape Co. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
Works recommend, in conjunction with the Consultant, Kunde,
Driver, Spooner & Associates, Inc., that the completed work be
accepted and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: �.�- -_.. i�.�:;
Section 1. The completed work performed by Tropical
Landscape Co. under contract dated January 21, 1975 for the N.E.
4TH COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 (BID "C" LANDSCAPE PORTION)
in N.E. 4TH COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4360 (BID "C"
LANDSCAPE PORTION) is accepted at a total cost of $36,543.50.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami are authorized and directed to pay Tropical Landscape Co.
a balance of $5,004.35 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all material furnished in connection with the
