WHEREAS, sealed bids were received July 22, 1976
for the construction of S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
PHASE II - H_4395 (DRAINAGE PORTION) BID "B"; and
WHEREAS, the Cite Man- _er reports that the $54,074.04
bid of Cons i"ti_on Co., Inc. is the lowest responsible
bid for ;C`RAI'JA1= P'O_'IO'J) BID "B" and recommends that a Contract
be a;•:a.r di.: to said f_r:-:; and

acco r t ant 4Ilea "Storm Seer Bond Fund" for the estimated
ariount of the Contract, for Project Expense; and for such items

IT RESOLVED By THE COT?MISSION OF
THE C7T7 OF I,IA: I, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the July 22, 1976 bid of T & N
Construction Co., Inc. in the estimated amount of $54,074.04
for the- :project entitled S. W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
a-4 395, (DRAINAGE PORTION) BID "B", namely Bid "B"
(Drai:na_;) of Proposal, based on unit prices be, and the same
is heret::, accepted at the price stated therein.
Section 2. That the amount of $54,074.04 be, and it is
hereby, allocated from the account entitled "Storm Sewer Bond
Funds" to cover they estimated cost of the Contract.
Section 3, That the amount of $5,948.14 "DOCUMENT INDE;
