HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-76-073611 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 MEA 7/20/76 )RIVE ON" 2, 1976, RESOLUTION NO. 7b-73b A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE AS PROVIDED IN THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE V, SECTION 1 (6)(b), TO PERMIT USE OF LOTS 11 AND 24, BLOCK 14, OVERBROOK PARK (3-206), BEING NORTH OF 3601 BIRD AVENUE, FOR EXCESS CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE PARKING ONLY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP TO BE LOCATED AT 3601 BIRD AVENUE; ZONED R-2 (TWO FAMILY) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Zoning Board at a Public Hearing on February Resolution No. ZB 25-76, approved a Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, said Conditional Use expires six months after the effective date thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager may, after review and finding that substantial progress has been achieved by the of project Use for applicant in terms planning, extend the expiration date of the Conditional an additional period of time not to exceed one year, subject to the approval of the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has made the above stated findings and recommends extension of the Conditional Use for a one year period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
