A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF THE
CONDITIONAL USE AS PROVIDED IN THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE V, SECTION 1
(6)(b), TO PERMIT USE OF LOTS 11 AND 24, BLOCK 14,
OVERBROOK PARK (3-206), BEING NORTH OF 3601 BIRD
AVENUE, FOR EXCESS CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE PARKING
ONLY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP TO
BE LOCATED AT 3601 BIRD AVENUE; ZONED R-2 (TWO
FAMILY) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board at a Public Hearing on February
Resolution No. ZB 25-76, approved a Conditional Use as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Use expires six months after
the effective date thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager may, after review and finding
that substantial progress has been achieved by the
