M � C•, i � 3 WHEREAS, the Zoning Board at a Public Hearing on February 2, 1976, Resolution No. ZB 24-76, granted a variance as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, said Variance expires six months after the effective date thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager may after review and finding that substantial progress has been achieved by the applicant in terms of project planning, extend the expiration date of the Variance for an additional period of time not to exceed one year, subject to the approval of the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has made the above stated findings and recommends extension of the Variance for a one year period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF „C.C'C':r: T INDEX Section 1. Our architects, Brown Lopez and Brown, 4028 Ponce do Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, Florida 33145 have advised us that these, plans should be ready to be submitted to the Euilding Department in mid -August. However, we are asking for this extension in orde.r that we comply with the zoning code requirements dictating that such requests be at least 30 days prior to expiration, inasmuch as the variance and the conditional use will expire on August 2, 1976.
