DOCUMENTS FOLLOW" WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, sealed bids were received March 15, 1976 for furnishing passenger cars, light trucks and other vehicles for the Department of Public Properties; and WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to 58 suppliers and 15 bids were received; and WHEREAS, funds have been allocated from the "Convention Bond Fund" in the amount of $3,659.41 and from the "Public Parks and Recreational Facilities Bond Fund" in the amount of $3,659.41; and WHEREAS, these vehicles are to be used by the Project Director for the Convention Center and the Project Direc 'DOCUMENT SEX for Watson Island; and �' , WHEREAS, the City Manager and the DIENO. ep rtme nt of Public Properties recommend that the bid received from Colonial Dodge, Inc. for furnishing 2 Dodge Darts at a total cost of $7,318.82 be accepted as it is the most advantageous bid to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid received from Colonial Dodge, Inc. for furnishing the Department of Public Properties with 2 Dodge Darts at a total cost of $7,318.82 is hereby accepted. Section 2.
