RESOLUTION NO. 76-693
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED CONSTRUC-
TION WORK OF D.M.P.CORPORATION FOR THE
WYNDWOOD SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS SR-5418
AT A TOTAL COST OF $34,701.24; AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $3,470.12.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 19,
1976 between the City of Miami and
D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that
paid in full in
all bills for labor and materials have been
connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

Section 1. The completed work performT FiyiD.M.P.
Corporation under contract
dated May 19, 1976 for the WYNDWOOD
SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS SR-5418
is hereby accepted at a total
cost of $34,701.24.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay D.M.P. Corporation a
balance of $3,470.12 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the con-
tract for WYNDWOOD SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS SR-5418.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of
