RESOLUTION NO. 76-691
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED LANDSCAP-
ING WORK PERFORMED BY THE MARKS BROTHERS
COMPANY AT A TOTAL COST OF $90,530.20 AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $9,053.02
FOR UNDER EXPRESSWAY PARKING - POLICE LOTS
(2ND BIDDING - BID ITEMS B, D, & ADDITIVE
ITEM #2).
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 29#
1975 between the City of Miami and Marks Brothers Company; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Marks Brothers Company has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor. and materials have been paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Marks
Brothers Company for the UNDER EXPRESSWAY PARKING - POLICE LOTS
(2ND BIDDING - BID ITEMS B, D, & ADDITIVE ITEM #2) at a total
cost of $90,530.20 is hereby accepted. "DOCUMENT INDEX

Section 2. The proper of ficia'l�sE Hof tiie.-7Ify of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Marks Brothers Company,
after all conditions are met, a balance of $9,053.02 as full and
final payment for all landscaping performed and all materials furn-
ished in connection with the UNDER EXPRESSWAY PARKING - POLICE LOTS
(2ND BIDDING - BID ITEMS B, D, & ADDITIVE ITEM #;2).
