HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-76-0686R O/rb 7/19/76 RESOLUTION NO. 76-686 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREE- MENT WITH THE ORANGE BOWL COMMITTEE FOR THE STAGING OF THE ANNUAL ORANGE BOWL PARADE; PROVIDING FOR AN ORIGINAL 10-YEAR TERM WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND SAID AGREEMENT FOR ONE ADDITIONAL 5-YEAR PERIOD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI► FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with the Orange Bowl Committee for the staging of the annual Orange Bowl Parade providing for an original 10-year term with an option to extend said agreement for one additional 5-year period.
