CORPORATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LIBERTY
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE=NT PHASE II - SR-5377 C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) AND SR-5377 S (SIDELINE
SEWEF) IN LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 30,
1974 between the City of Miami and Intercounty Construction
Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Intercounty Construction Corporation has furnished the
required documents certifying that all bills for labor and
materials have
been paid in full
said contract; and
in connection with the afore -

WHEREAS, a public hearing was heUlt e bco-ttre-----
City Commission on July 22, 1976 to hear any objections to
the completed improvements, and no objections were sustained;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Tne completed work performed by
Intercounty Construction Corporation under contract dated
January 30, 1974 for the construction of LIBERTY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II - SR-5377 C (CENTERLINE SEWER)
and SR-5377 S (SIDELINE SEWER) in LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER

IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PHASE II - SR-5377 C (CENTERLINE SEWER)
and SR-5377 S (SIDELINE SEWER) at a total cost of $3,692,854.98.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami
are hereby authorized
and directed to pay Intercounty
Construction Corporation a balance of $369,285.50 as full and
final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the contract for LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PHASE II - SR-5377 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) and SR-5377 S
(SIDELINE SEWER) in LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PHASE II - SR-5377 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) and SR-5377 S (SIDELINE
SEWER) .

Accepting Completed Work
tibarty Sanitary Sewer Improvement Phase II SR-5377-C and SR-5377-S
Ail interested persons will take notice that sanitary sewer improvements
designated as Liberty Sanitary Sewer Improvement Phase II - SR-5377-C (Centerline)
and SR-5377-S (Sideline) have been completed, and that at a meeting of the City
Commission of Miami, Florida, to be held at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on July 22, 1976,
in the City Commission Meeting Room at City Hall, Dinner Key, Miami,Florida
the Commission will hear any objections to the acceptance of these completed
improvements.
