AN ORDINANCE APRROVINC ABPROFRIAT1ON8 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR.COMMENCINC OCTOBER 1, 1976 AND ENDING SPETEMBER 1,C0 1977 BY THE DEPARTMENT OE O P=STREET PARRINC; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND REtEALINO ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS Of' ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, WHEREAS, the City of Miami Charter requires that no later than one month before the end of each fiscal year the Director of the Department of Off -Street Parking► With the approval of the Off -Street Parking Board of the City of Miami, shall prepare and submit to the City Commission,'a budget esti- mate of the Department's expenditures and revenues for the ensuing fiscal year for approval by the Commission; and, WHEREAS, the said Director has submitted the Depart- ment's budget estimate for the fiscal year ending September 30,.. 1977 and the same has been reviewed and approved by the City Commission NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:.. Section 1. The appropriations of the Department of Off -Street Parking amounting to $1,817,710, as set forth in Sched- ule A attached hereto, together with the appropriation of $272,780 for General Reserve made for the maintenance and carrying on of the governmental and other legal purposes of the Department of Off -Street Parking and for the purpose of paying Debt Service requirements which include principal and interest payment on all bonds of the said Department for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, are hereby approved together with the enumerated sources of revenue for such appropriations as set forth in Schedule B attached hereto. Section 2. The Director of the.
