A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE
ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION OF LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PHASE II - SR-5377C (CENTERLINE SEWER) AND SR-5377S
(SIDELINE SEWER) IN LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-

FOLLOW" WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Intercounty
Construction Corporation has satisfactorily completed the
construction of sanitary sewer improvements designated as
LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II - SR-5377C (CENTER-
LINE SEWER) AND SR-5377S (SIDELINE SEWER) IN LIBERTY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PRASE II SR-5377C (CENTERLINE SEWER)
AND SR-5377S (SIDELINE SEWER); and

WHEREAS, the City Charter requires t e pu tiori"off
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City of Miami,
Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City Commission to be
held at a certain day and hour, to be determined by the City Clerk,
the Commission will hold a public hearing to hear any objections
by persons interested in or affected by LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PHASE II - SR-5377C (CENTERLINE SEWER) and SR-5377S
(SIDELINE SEWER) in LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PHASE II SR-5377C (CENTERLINE SEVER) and SR-5377S (SIDELINE SEWER) .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 day of JULY
1976.
