ENCLOSURES:
The University of Miami School of Architecture has
developed a plan for Miami which they feel would
make downtown a very attractive place from morning
to 2:00 A.M.
Dr. Bernardo Benes, Vice Chairman of the Board,
Continental. National Bank of Miami, was instrumental
in having thc! students make a presentation of this
plan to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and has
requested that a similar presentation be made to the
City Commission.
