LIBERATIONS IN SELECTING A PERMANENT CITY ATTORNEY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIA,tI , FLORIDA:
Section 1. ,'k'd/l.'K_ /1 /t_L )JC /C` is hereby
appointed Acting City Attorney of the City of Miami, Florida, to
serve in such capacity during the period from the retirement of
the present City Attorney until a permanent City Attorney is
appointed, said appointment shall not be construed as an expres-
sion of preference or favor on the part of. the City Commission
in its future deliberations in se+_ectin�a permanent City Attorney.
