RESOLUTION NO.
76-622
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BUILDING DIRECTOR TO ISSUE A COMPLETION PERMIT
FOR THE FOUR STORY 12 UNIT PROJECT LOCATED AT
1736 S.W. 19TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS a building permit was issued for a four story
12 unit apartment building on October 2nd, 1972; and
WHEREAS, said permit expired on March 7th, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City recognizes that there was substantial
reliance on former zoning regulations in that plans were drawn,
a permit was issued and construction work including a foundation
was started on the site before the owner experienced financial
difficulties; and
WHEREAS, the owner is now in a position to proceed with
the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Building Director be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue
a completion permit for the four
story 12 unit project located at 1737 S.W. 19th Street, Miami,
Florida.
