RESOLUTION NO. 76-b94
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY ANZAC CONTRACTORS, INC., AT A
TOTAL COST OF $291,100, AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OF $29,650.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 20, 1975
between the City of Miami and Anzac Contractors, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Anzac Contractors, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends j

that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to

the contractor;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Anzac
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of GARDEN SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5385 C&S - BID "B" PUMP STATIONS, at a total cost
of $291,100 is hereby accepted.

Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Anzac Contractors, Inc.,
after all conditions are met, a balance of $29,650 as full and
final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the construction of GARDEN SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5385 C&S - BID "B" PUMP STATIONS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of JUNE
1976c.
