RESOLUTION NO, 76-571
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE
ACTION OF THE CITY MANAGER IN NEGOTIATING
AND EXECUTING A CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM OF
FOWLER, ETTINGER, POTTER & HART OF ORLANDO,
FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERFORMING A
FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF
WATSON PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The action of the City Manager in
negotiating and executing a contract with the firm of Fowler,
Ettinger, Potter & Hart of Orlando, Florida, for the purpose
of performing a feasibility study of the development of
Watson Park is hereby ratified and confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of JUNE
1976.
