RESOLUTION NO. 76-5E7
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED FROM
CINCOM SYSTEMS, INC. FOR FURNISHING A DATA
BASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT A TOTAL COST OF
$17,500 WITH FUNDS PREVIOUSLY ALLOCATED FROM
THE POLICE CRIME PREVENTION FACILITIES BOND
FUND - MIAMI MODERN POLICE HEADQUARTERS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received May 26, 1976 for furnishing a Data Base Management
System for the Department of Police; and
WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to 12 potential
suppliers and one (1) bid was received from Cincom Systems,
Inc. at a total cost of $17,500 installed; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Police concurs with this
recommendation; and
WHEREAS, funding is available from previously alloca-
ted monies under Resolution No. 75-383;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COiM1ISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid as received from Cincom Systems,
Inc. for furnishing a Data Base Management System at a total
cost of $17,500 is hereby accepted; with funds previously alloca-
ted from the Police Crime Prevention Facilities Bond Fund - Miami
Modern Police Headquarters.
