RESOLUTION NO. 76-566
A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE DENTAL FEE FOR
THE USE OF MARINE STADIUM BY THE GREATER
MIAMI PHILHARMONIC, FOR FIVE SUMMER
CONCERTS, ALL ON SATURDAY NIGHTS, ON
JUNE 26, JULY 10, AUGUST 7, 21 and 28, 1976,
SUBJECT TO PAYMENT FOR EVENT PERSONNEL,
INSURANCE, ELECTRICITY, AND OTHER DIRECT
COSTS BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The waiver of the rental fee for the
use of the Marine Stadium by the Greater Miami Philharmonic,
for five Summer Concerts, all on Saturday nights, on June 26,
July 10, August 7, 21 and 28, 1976, is hereby approved, subject
to payment for event personnel, insurance, electricity, and
other direct costs borne by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of JUNE
1976.

ENCLOSURES.
.The Greater Miami Philharmonic has requested free use
of the Marine Stadium for five summer concerts, all on
Saturday nights, on June 26, July 10 and August 7, 21,
and 28.
Since this is a civic and cultural organization which
has performed to the satisfaction of the City of Miami
in the past, it is reco=ened that the rental fees be
waived subject to the payment of direct costs borne by
the City of Miami, which is estimated to be $350 per
event.
