RESOLUTION NO. 75- 7
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY AD-A-LITE ELECTRIC, INC. AT
A TOTAL COST OF $34,822.36 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $3,540.74 FOR PARKS -
SHELTERS AND COMFORT STATIONS - 1975.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 5, 1975
between the City of Miami and AD-A-Lite Electric, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Ad-A-Lite
Electric, Inc. for the construction of PARKS - SHELTERS AND
COMFORT STATIONS - 1975, at a total cost of $34,822.36 is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc.
after all conditions are met, a balance of $3,540.74 as full and
final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the construction of PARKS - SHELTERS AND
COMFORT STATIONS - 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of JUNE
1976.
