RESOLUTION NO. 76-559
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A PETITION FOR A
PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT (PAD) AS PROVIDED
IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XXI-1,
CONSISTING OF TWENTY-ONE SINGLE FAMILY
CLUSTER -TYPE UNITS, ON SITE KNOWN AS NE'LY
99.50 FEET OF LOT 9, D.B. "D" - 253, UNPLATTED,
BEING 3495 MAIN HIGHWAY, BEING THE EASTERLY21
UNITS OF SITE PLAN ON FILE, SUBJECT TO PLATTING
OF PROPERTY, ZONED R-1B (ONE FAMILY), PROPOSED
TO BE REZONED R-1 (ONE FAMILY).
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
May 3, 1976, Item No. 7(b), following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 89-76 by a 6 to 1 vote recommending
approval of a Planned ARea Development (PAD) as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami
and its inhabitants to grant the petition for the application of
a Planned Area Development (PAD);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The petition for a Planned Area Development
(PAD) as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXI-1, consisting
of twenty-one single family cluster -type units, on site known as
NE'ly 99.50 feet of Lot 9, D.B. "D" - 253, UNPLATTED, being 3495
Main Highway, being the easterly 21 units of site plan on file,
subject to platting of property, zoned R-1B (One Family), proposed
to be rezoned R-1 (One Family) be, and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9 day of JUNE , 1976.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of May 3, 1976, Item 47(b),
following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 89-76
by a 6 to 1 vote Recommending approval of a Planned Area Development
(PAD) as per Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE XXI-1, consisting of twenty-one
single family cluster. -type units, on site known as NE'ly 99.50' of
Lot 9, D.B. "D" - 253, UNPLATTED, being 3495 Main Highway, being the
easterly units of site plan on file, subject to platting of property;
zoned R-18 (One Family), proposed to be rezoned R-1 (One Family).
One objection was received in the mail; eight objectors were present
at the meeting. four letters in favor of this item were received in
the mail; three people in favor were at the meeting.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this planned Area Development has been
prepared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for Consideration
of the City Commission.
