CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION,
WHEREAS, the Miami. Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of April 7, 1976, Item No. 1, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 12-76 by a 4 to 0 Vote (4
members absent) recommending an amendment to Article XXV, Section.
of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
amend said ordinance as hereinafter, set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami be and the same is hereby.
amended by deleting Paragraph (138) of Section 1 of Article
and substituting in lieu thereof Paragraphs (138) and (138-A)
to read as follows:
(138) FEDERAL HIGHWAY
N.E. 36th Street to the westerly extension
