COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Sections 1 and 4 of Ordinance No. 8464, as amended, the Appropriations Ordinance for the 1975-76 fiscal year are hereby further amended in the following par- ticulars to provide $32,000 for partly defraying the cost of the. International Folk Festival, May 9 - June 12, 1976, and 1/ the International Ball, May 14, 1976: "Section 1. During the September public hearings held by the City Com- mission when the 1975-76 budget was being presented, the proposed budget for the 1976 International Folk. Festival was reviewed. The proposed Folk Festival budget antici- pated total revenues of $62,000--$30,000 of which was an appropriation from the Department of Publicity and Tourism budget, and $32,000 anticipated to be realized from fees and sales from festival events. In lieu of an additional cash allocation, the City agreed to provide City services in the amount of an estimated $15,000, According to the Department of Finance, the 1975-76 budget should be amended to increase the Department of Publicity and Tourism budget by $32,000 to properly account for the estimated revenue and expenditures realized from the festival fees and event sales.'
