A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED FROM
MASSEY-FERGUSON, INC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,950
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE USED FRONT END LOADER,
1974 MASSEY=FERGUSON MP 55: ALLOCATING THE
AMOUNT OF $28,950 PROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUNb--UNALLOCATED FUNDS; AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT
TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER FOR SAID PIECE OF

WHEREAS, sealed bids were received May 24, 1976 for
furnishing one used front end loader for the Department of
Public Properties; and
WHEREAS, six bids were received and the bid of
Massey -Ferguson, Inc. in the amount of $28,950 for one
used front end loader, 1974 Massey -Ferguson MF 55, was
the lowest acceptable bid and most advantageous to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION

Section 1. That the bid of Massey -Ferguson,
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

in the amount of $28,950 for one used front end loader, 1974
Massey -Ferguson MF 55, be and is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $28,950 for this purchase
be and is hereby allocated from the Captial Improvement Fund --
Unallocated Funds.
Section 3., That the City Manager be and is hereby
authorized to instruct the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase
order for said piece of equipment.
