A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RENTAL FEE FOR THE
USE OF THE MIAMI STADIUM ON Ai1UST 8, 1976
FOR A PUBLIC CONCERT, SPONSORLD BY THE
MARANATHA ACADEMY, SUBJECT TO PAYMENT FOR
EVENT PERSONNEL, INSURANCE, ELECTRICITY,
AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The waiver of the rental fee for the
use of the Miami Stadium on August 8, 1976 for a Public
Concert, sponsored by the Maranatha Academy, is hereby
approved, subject to payment for event personnel, insurance,
electricity, and other direct costs borne by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of MAY
1976.
