A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF
$3,500 PROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "POLICE
AND CRIME PREVENTION FACILITIES BOND FUND'
TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL COST OF THE SERVICES
OF ALLAN POMS, RESIDENT ENGINEERS AT THE m_
MIAMI MODERN POLICE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING
THROUGH THE MONTH OF JULY, 1976. 1
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI , FLORIDA:
Section 1. The amount of $3,500 is hereby
allocated from the account entitled "POLICE AND CRIME
PREVENTION FACILITIES BOND FUND" to cover the additional
cost of the services of ALLAN POMS, Resident Engineer, at
the Miami Modern Police Headquarters Building through the
month of July 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of MAY
1976.

Pars to serve as Resident Engineer on the MPH, The
contract. sets a term not to exceed two years. However,
the allocation of funds did not cover the same period.
