RESOLUTION NO, 76-520
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING ANb APPROVING THE
ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY MANAGER IN THE
SUBMISSION OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE
U.S. bEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT FOR A MIAMI MANAGEMENT IMPROVE-
MENT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT THE GRANT AND EXECUTE THE NECESSARY
CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE
PROGRAM UPON RECEIPT OF THE GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The action taken by the City Manager
in the submission of a Grant application to the U.S. Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development for a Miami Management
Improvement Program is hereby ratified and approved.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to accept the Grant and execute the necessary contracts and
agreements to implement the program upon receipt of the Grant.
