RESOLUTION NO. 76-S15
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED A.M.U.
SUBDIVISION; A SUHDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI;
AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT,
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled A.M.U. SUBDIVISION being a
portion of Government Lots 2 and 3 of Fractional Section 19,
Township 53 South, Range 42 East, lying and being in the City
of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a
part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications
as shown thereon together with all existing and future plant-
ing, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual
use of the public, be and the same are, hereby accepted and
confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of
the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Plat.

The Proposed Record Plat entitled A.M.U. SUBDIVISION was formerly
divided into Tracts and recorded in Deed Book 3137 at Page 3111.
The purpose of this PlPt 13 to condolidqtr, the existing Deed Book
Tracts into one Tract invinc, an area of 0.945 of an acre. It is
zoned C-1, This plat is being forw..rded to your office for City
Coin action.
The attached detailed report from the Department of Public Works
recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of
Florida, and certifies Its correctness as to form.

REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
AMU. SUBDIVISION
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
The accompanying Plat entitled A.M.U. SUBDIVISION was
prepared by Donald W. McIntosh & Associates, Inc. It is in
correct form for submissin to the City Commission and is
forwarded with a recorimenlation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platteLl was formerly dividedinto tracts and
recorded in Deed Bole.: 3137 at Page 341. The purpose of
this plat is to consolidato the existing Deed Book Tracts
into one Tract havin:., an area of 0.945 of an acre. It is
zoned C-1.
(2) The location of the streets and t1v widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public 11ori: of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by t'imes W. Leavy, Registered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State
of Florlda.
