EXPENDED FOR APPROVED PURPO5E5 DURING THE FISCAL
YEAR 1975-76;REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLIC'1`: PROVIDING A SEVERAtiLITy PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission did appropriate Federal
Revenue Sharing Funds for specified purposes in Fiscal Year
1974.75, by Ordinance No. 8305, as amended; and
WHEREAS, all such funds were not fully expended dur-
ing the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1975, and those program
balances having accrued as Revenue Sharing Fund Balance total-
ing $2,067,096.13 at the close of Fiscal Year 1974-75; and
WHEREAS, .it is the desire of the City Manager and
City Commission that the programs funded in Fiscal Year 1974-75
be continued through to fruition during Fiscal Year 1975-76;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE. CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following funds from Federal Revenue
Sharing. Funds Fiscal Year 1974-75 are reappropriated for the
purposes outlined below for the Fiscal Year 1975-76

Section 2. The appropriations listed herein shall be in
addition to any and all appropriations of Federal Revenue Shar-
ing Funds previously appropriated by the Commission for Fiscal
Year 1975-76.
Section 3. If any section, part of section, paragraph,
clause, phrase or word of this ordinance is declared invalid,
the remainingprovision:; of this ordinance, shall not: be affected.
Section 4,
A1-1 ordinances or parts of ordinances, insofar
as they aro inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance ,:are hereby repealed.
