RESOLUTION No, 76-504
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE FOR
THE INTEREST SHOWN BY MR, MERRETT R.
STIERHEIM IN HIS POSSIBLE CONTRIBUTION
TO HELP GOVERN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the City Commission recently solicited
help from those qualified to administer the affairs of local
governments; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Merrett Stierheim, County Administra-
tor of Pinellas County, Florida, displayed a willingness
for a short time to aid the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Stierheim's esteem for Pinellas
County caused him to withdraw his expression of interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sincere gratitude ishereby expressed
to Mr. Merrett Stierheim for his recent display of interest
shown in possibly helping administer the affairs and activities
of the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
send a copy hereof to Mr. Merrett Stierheim as a measure of
the regard in which he is held by this Commission.
