RESOLUTION NO, 76=503
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE FOR THE
INTEREST SHOWN.BY MR, FRANK SPENCE IN HIS
POSSIBLE CONTRIBUTION TO HELP GOVERN THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the City Commission recently solicited
help from those qualified to administer the affairs of
local governments; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Spence, City Manager of Miami
Beach, Florida, displayed a willingness for a short time to
aid the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Spence's regard for the City of Miami
Beach caused him to withdraw his expression of interest in the
City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sincere gratitude is hereby expressed
to Mr. Frank Spence for his recent display of interest shown
in possibly helping administer the affairs and activities
of the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
send a copy hereof to Mr. Frank Spence as a measure of the
regard in which he is held by this Commission.
