A RESOLUTION bENYING TIDE CHANGE OF ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM R-5 (HIG8 DENSITY MULTIPLE)
TO Ro.3 (LOW bENSITY MULTIPLE) POR PROPERTY
kNOWN AS FAIR ISLE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of March 10, 1976, Item No. 3, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 10-76 by a 4 to 3 vote
recommending a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the Commission after public hearing and due
deliberation and consideration of this matter deems it in the
best interests of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to deny the
change of zoning;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The change of zoning classification from
R-5 (HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE) to R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE) for
property known as Fair Isle be, and the same is hereby denied.
