A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF D.M.P.
CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,637 FOR
BID "C" (SANITARY SEWERS) FOR THE PROJECT
ENTITLED "WYNDWOOD PAVING PROJECT B-4398
AND WYNDWOOD SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS
SR-5418" ; PROGRAMMING SAID $40,637 FOR
CONTRACT COST, $4,470 FOR PROJECT EXPENSE
AND $812 FOR THE COST OF SUCH ITEMS AS ADVER-
TISING, TESTING LABORATORIES AND POSTAGE,
FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUNDS
DUE THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
WITII SAID FIRM.
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received April 26, 1976 for
"WYNDHOOD PAVING PROJECT B-4398 AND WYNDWOOD SANITARY SEWER
MODIFICATIONS SR-5418"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $40,637 bid
of D.M.P. Corporation is the lowest responsible bid for BID

WHEREAS, funds have been programmed and buTdgjettt1 UI.deL Lhe
"Community Development Program" for the proposed amount of the
contract, for project expenses, and for such items as advertising,
testing laboratories and postage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The April 26, 1976 bid of D.M.P. Corporation
in the amount of $40,637 for BID "C" (SANITARY SEWERS) of the
project entitled "WYNDWOOD PAVING PROJECT B-4398 AND WYNDNOOD
SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS SR-5418", based on unit prices,
i5 hereby accepted at the price stated therein,
Section 2. The amount of $40,637 for the said contract
cost together with the sum of $4,470 For the project e xpenzio

Community DeVelopttent Program Funds due the city of Miami
from the tJ,S, Department of Housing and Urban Development,
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract on behalf of the City of Miami with
D.M,P, Corporation for BID "C" (SANITARY SEWERS) of the pro-
ject entitled "WYNDWOOD PAVING PROJECT B-4398 AND WYNDWOOD
SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS SR-5418".
