A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED PROJECT
GEMINI, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, AND
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT AND

WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat
entitled PROJECT GEMINI;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled PROJECT GEMINI being a
resubdivision of a portion of Block 7, Edward Pent Homestead,
Plat Book "A", Page 45, Coconut Grove, City of Miami, Dade
County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as
if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown
thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees
and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the
public, be and the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed by
the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The requirements of the Code of the City of
Miami, Florida as to improvements to be made in subdivisions
have been met.
Section 3. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of
the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Plat.

Accepting Proposed Record Plat
Located on the S.W. Corner of
UEFE Shipping Avenue and Mary Street
The Proposed Record Plat entitled PROJECT GEMENT is a subdivision
of previously platted property. It is zoned R-? and is divided
into 3 lots. ThI plat is beim] forwarded to your office for
City Commission action.
The attached detailed repo_'t fl'om the Department of Public Works
recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of
Miami, Florida, and certifies its correctness as to form.

A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF •r4IAI.1I, FLORIDA
Tip- accompanying Plat entitled PROJECT GEMINI was prepared by
Alfred J. Watson, Jr. It is in correct form for submission to the
City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be

PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING HE. FLAT :
(1) The property platted is a subdivision of previously platted
property. It is zoned R-2 and is divided into 3 lots.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Alfred J. Watson, Jr., Registered Land
Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of
the State of Florida.
(!;) By authority of Resolution No. 157-75, adopted November 3,
1975, the Plat 113 recommended for acceptance by the City
Zoning Board of Miami.
(5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated August
28, 1975, signed by A. Chester Abney, Attorney, indicates
that the fee simple title to the property platted is
correctly vested in Bcndstone, Inc., and the Plat has been
correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is not encumbered by mortgages.
(7) Since all the required subdivision improvements on this property
have been previously placed and accepted, this Plat will be
forwarded to the City Commission of r41amlwithout the usual
formality of providing Bond and Contract.
