RESOLUTION NO. 76y460
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED ALONSO
SUBDIVISISION, A SUBDIVVISION IN THE CITY Ot'
MIAMI, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON
SAID PLAT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
�, WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of

Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat
entitled ALONSO $UBDIVISION, a subdivision in the City of
Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled ALONSO SUBDIVISION being
a subdivision in the S.E. 1/4 - S.E. 1/4 - of Section 3-
Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully
incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon
together with all existing and future planting, trees and
shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the
public, be and the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. Since all of the improvements have been
previously placed, the requirements of the Code of the City
of Miami, Florida as to improvements to be made in sub -

divisions have been met. Section 3. The City Manager and the �i TT C'��jjT�r
of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Plat.

The Proposed Record Plat entitled ALONSO SUBDIVISION is a
subdivision of previously unpl.atted property and is divided
into one lot. It is zoned R-4 . This plat is being forwarded
to your office for City Commission action.
The attached detailed report from the Department of Public Works
recommends the approval of the plat b, the City Commission of Miami,
Florida, and certifies its correctness as to form.

The accompanying Plat entitled ALONSO SUBDIVISION was
prepared by Thomas J. Kelly, Inc. It is in correct form for
submission to the City Cor~mission and is forwarded w:i.th a
recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORi•IATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a subdivision of previously unplatted
property and is divided into one lot. It is zoned R-4.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standard of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Iiiami., Florida.

As certified to by 'ir_or;lDs J . Kelly, Registered Land
this Plat complies_ with the plat: filing laws of the
of Florida.
By authority of 'Resolution No. 128-74, adopted July
the Plat was reco:.�mended for acceptance by the City
Board of Miami.

The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated August 25,
1975, signed by S. A. Robbins, Attorney, indicates that the
fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested
in Leonel Alonso and :i.riam Alonso, his wife, and the Plat
has been correctly e; ecut'ed .
The area platted is not encumbered by mortgages.
Prior to the recordin of this Plat a building permit has been
issued by authority of Ordinance No. 6871 Article IV, Section
9(3) and Section 11(5) .
Since all the required subdivision improvements on this property
have been previously placed and accepted, this Plat will be
forwarded to the City Commission of Miami without the usual
formality of providing Bond and Contract.
