AT A TOTAL COST OF $23,366; AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $2,922.09.

WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Irpco Pav-
ing Co., Inc. under contract dated October 27, 1975 for the
GRAPELAND HEIGHTS PARK - PARKING - 1975 is hereby accepted at

a total cost of $23,366.
Section 2. The proper officials of th E Ut O.of Miami
are authorized and directed to pay Irpco Paving Co., Inc., a
balance of $2,922.09 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the contract
for GRAPELAND HEIGHTS PARK - PARKING - 1975.
