HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-76-0446With 4/28/76 RESOLUTION No, 76-446 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION NO. 76-92 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERIC TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUC- TION OF EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- MENT SR-5410 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) IN EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5410 C (CENTERLINE SEWER). WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of January 22, 1976 Resolution No. 76-92 was passed which ordered a sanitary sewer improvement identified as EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5410 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) in EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5410 C (CENTERLINE SEWER); and WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing was held before the City Commission on May 13, 1976 as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-92, which resolution ordered EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR- 5410 C (CENTERLINE SEWER); and WHEREAS, no objections "DOCUMENT INDEX ITEMNO 3 to the confirmation of said sanitary sewer improvement were sustained by the Commission. It is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 76-92 dated January 22, 1976 which ordered EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5410 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) in EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5410 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) is hereby confirmed. Section 2. It is now in order to confirm, the ordering resolution and authorize advertising for bids. A Public Hearing; will be held on May 13, 1976 at which time the Commission will hear objections to the confirmation of the ordering resolution. IF NO OBJECTIONS ARE SUSTAINED THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION WHICH ALSO AUTHORIZES THE ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR EAST BRADDOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5410 C (center- line sewer).
