A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION OF GOODWIN, INC. FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR°=5.374 C (CENTERLINE SEWER)
AND SR-5374 S (SIDELINE SEWER) IN GLENROYAL
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5374 C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) AND SR-5374 S (SIDELINE
SEWER), AT A TOTAL COST OF $2,890,450.05
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $327,013.61.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated October 4,
1974 between the City of Miami and Goodwin, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted and Goodwin, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held before the
City Commission on May 13, 1976 to hear any objections to
the completed improvements and no objections were sustained;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recom-
mends that the completed work be accepted and final payment
made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C M ISSIENT NINDEX
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: ITEM NO
Section 1. The completed work performed by
Goodwin, Inc. under contract dated October 4, 1974 for the
construction of GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-
5374 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) and SR-5374 S (SIDELINE SEWER) in
GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5374 C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) and SR-5374 S (SIDELINE SEWER) is accepted
at a total cost of $2,890,490,05.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami are authorized and directed to pay. Goodwin, Inc. a

Goodwin, inc. has completed the construction of
centerline and sideline sanitary setters in the area
bounded by the East-West. Expressway, West 27 AVenue
S
. .W. Stret, t,e;com Blvd., NW ?.? Avenue, N.W. 7
Street, and N.W. 11 Place
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the
completed iirk a:;;1 authorize final payment, after
all conditions are moot. The construction was completed
for $2 , 890, 4)0.05, which was within the contract amount,
and it was completed on time.
