The undersigned, City of Miami, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, and
Mortgagee under the following mortgage:
MIAMI FOREVER BOND MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT dated as of August
12, 2021, recorded August 25, 2021 in Official Records Book 32702, Page 915 of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, by Block 55 Residential, LP, a Florida limited
partnership in favor of the City of Miami covering a portion of the property described in the
foregoing DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, EASEMENTS & RESTRICTIONS FOR
SAWYER'S WALK ("Declaration"), does hereby acknowledge that the terms of this Declaration
are and shall be binding upon the undersigned and its successors in title. No liability is undertaken
by the undersigned by the execution and delivery of this Joinder and Consent.
