RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BAYFRONT PARK
MANAGEMENT TRUST TO PROCEED WITH THE STEPS
NECESSARY TO ASSUME CONTROL AND TAKE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF BICENTENNIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Bayfront Park Management Trust is hereby
authorized to proceed with the steps necessary to assume control
and take responsibility for the operation and maintenance of
Bicentennial Park.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of March , 1994.
